Magazine
For more than 20 years, Coaster Magazine has
been providing Crystal Coast visitors and residents
with helpful information on the best places
to eat, shop and stay in their area. The magazine,
with seven issues per year, highlights local
advertisers, area attractions, community information,
historic features, local lore, area events and
more.
The publication also provides useful guides
including local maps, tide tables, North Carolina
ferry schedules and frequently called local
organizations and agencies. Coaster Magazine
represents the best the Crystal Coast has to
offer; 215,000 copies are produced annually
with 102,000 distributed during the summer months
and 113,000 distributed throughout the remainder
of the year.
Coaster Magazine is distributed at the Morehead
City and Emerald Isle visitor centers, the Beaufort
Historic Site Information Center, the North
Carolina Maritime Museum, and can be found at
area hotels, visitor centers, restaurants and
other businesses and attractions. The magazine’s

Upon receiving written requests, NCCOAST Communications
supplies copies of the magazine to corporate
meetings and conferences, as well as other large
meetings and events.
