New
Bern Magazine
NCCOAST Communications serves Craven and Pamlico
counties with New Bern Magazine, a publication
of historic proportions. Regular feature titles
salute New Bern’s historic ties and include
Vittles & Grog, Lutes and Lyres, Affairs of
the Arts and NeuseWorthy Events.
The publication also features the sailing town
of Oriental in neighboring Pamlico County and
the town of Havelock, home of the largest Marine
Corps Air Station in the world, MCAS Cherry
Point. New Bern Magazine, published monthly,
is distributed free to the public at area visitor
centers, the Twin Rivers Mall and various area
businesses. Currently 12 issues are printed
year-round with a monthly circulation of 10,000.
New Bern Magazine, both a visitors guide and
community resource, is also mailed to more than
3,000 select area addresses. Annual paid subscriptions
are available for this area guide at $15/year.
Copies are available upon request for conferences
and conventions. The magazine’s online equivalent
